The local government unit of Silay, under the leadership of Mayor Joedith C. Gallego, conducts the distribution of birthday incentives to Senior Citizens aged 80 and above who celebrated their birthday in the months of July, August, and September 2025 at Sen. Jose C. Locsin Cultural and Civic Center, November 11.

Senior Citizens aged 80-84 received P3,000 while Senior Citizens aged 85 and above received P5,000 as birthday cash gift from Silay City.
